Refund Policy
Effective date: 13 June 2024
1. Digital goods are non-returnable
All products sold on EasyMacro are delivered electronically and cannot be “returned”. For that reason, we do not offer unconditional refunds once the download link has been generated.
2. Exceptional cases
We will consider a full or partial refund if any of the following applies:
- Non-functioning product — the macro does not work as described and our support team cannot fix the problem within 3 business days;
- Duplicate purchase — you accidentally bought the same item twice under the same account/email;
- Fraudulent transaction — the payment was made without the authorised card-holder’s consent;
- No download — you never accessed or downloaded the file (EU & UK consumers: see section 6).
3. How to request a refund
- Email help@easymacro.net or open a ticket on Digiseller.
- Provide your order ID, payment proof and a short description of the issue.
- We’ll investigate and reply within 24 hours (Mon–Fri).
4. Resolution flow
Our first step is always to diagnose and attempt to solve the issue (updated file, remote session, etc.). If it cannot be fixed, we’ll issue a refund to the original payment method within 5 business days.
5. Partial refunds for bundles
If a bundle contains multiple macros and only one item is defective, we may offer a partial refund or replacement of that specific item instead of refunding the entire bundle.
6. EU & UK “right of withdrawal”
Under EU Directive 2011/83 and UK Consumer Contracts Regulations you have a 14-day right to withdraw from a digital-content purchase only if the download has not started. By clicking the download link you expressly waive that right. If you have not started the download, contact us within 14 days for a full refund.
7. Chargebacks
Please contact us before opening a chargeback. Unauthorised chargebacks may result in permanent suspension of access to updates and future services.
