1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing EasyMacro.net, purchasing or downloading any macro or other product, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the Terms, do not use the website or purchase products.
2. Definitions
- Macro — a digital script file designed to automate mouse actions through official vendor software;
- Order — a transaction processed by Digiseller or Oplata.info that grants the customer a licence to use the macro.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old, or the age of digital-content consent in your country, to purchase products. By ordering, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
4. Licence grant
After payment confirmation, EasyMacro grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, lifetime licence to use the macro on one physical mouse at a time. Resale, distribution, sharing or public posting of the macro, in whole or in part, is strictly prohibited.
5. Delivery and updates
Delivery is digital only; see the Shipping Policy for details. Every licence includes lifetime access to available updates for the purchased product.
6. Payments
Payments are processed through Digiseller or Oplata.info. Prices are shown in US dollars and include VAT where applicable. EasyMacro never stores your payment-card data.
7. Refunds
Refunds are governed by the Refund Policy. By completing a purchase, you confirm that you have read and understood those rules.
8. Fair use and responsibility
Some games or platforms may prohibit automation scripts. The customer is solely responsible for complying with applicable game rules and platform terms. EasyMacro is not liable for account bans, penalties or other consequences resulting from macro use.
9. Prohibited activities
You agree not to:
- reverse engineer, decompile or modify a macro beyond the provided configuration options;
- sell, rent, sublicense or otherwise redistribute a macro;
- use the website or products for any unlawful purpose.
10. Intellectual property
All website content, including logos, text, graphics and code, belongs to EasyMacro or its licensors and is protected by copyright law. No rights are transferred except those expressly stated in these Terms.
11. Disclaimer of warranties
Products are provided “as is” without express or implied warranties, including fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the website will be uninterrupted or error-free.
12. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, EasyMacro is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from use of the products or website, even if advised that such damages are possible.
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold EasyMacro and its representatives harmless from claims, damages or expenses arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the products.
14. Changes to the Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced on this page. Continued use of the website after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
15. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of Poland. Disputes arising from or related to the Terms shall be resolved by the competent courts of Warsaw, Poland.
