1. Digital delivery only
All products sold on EasyMacro are intangible digital goods. No physical shipment is required or provided. After successful payment via Digiseller or Oplata.info you instantly receive:
- a personal download link for the macro archive;
- a unique activation key, if required;
- a guide with installation steps.
2. Email confirmation
A delivery confirmation is automatically sent to the email address provided at checkout. If the message is missing, check the spam folder or contact our support team.
3. Delivery timeframe
Average delivery time is 30 seconds to 2 minutes after the payment gateway marks the transaction as paid. During rare gateway delays, such as additional fraud checks, delivery may take up to 15 minutes.
4. Failed or delayed delivery
If you do not receive the download link within 15 minutes:
- Locate the order ID shown on the payment page and sent by Digiseller or Oplata.info.
- Email help@easymacro.net or message @topmacro with the order ID.
- We will manually verify the payment and resend the files at no extra cost within 24 hours, usually much faster.
5. Wrong email address
If you entered an incorrect or inaccessible email address at checkout, contact us with proof of payment, including the transaction ID and a screenshot. We will update the email and resend the delivery message.
6. Updates and re-downloads
Each order includes lifetime access to available updates. You can re-download the latest version through your personal Digiseller page or the original purchase link.
